Community Health Councils (Access to Information) Act 1988
17. Until section 22 of the National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002 comes into force, the reference in section 1(6)(a) of the Community Health Councils (Access to Information) Act 1988(1) to any Health Authority is to have effect as if it included a reference to any Strategic Health Authority.
