The Learning and Skills Act 200060 is amended as follows.

In section 115 (consultation and coordination), in subsection (1), for paragraph (b) there is substituted—

a Strategic Health Authority,

In section 120 (information: supply by public bodies), in subsection (2), for paragraph (b) there is substituted—
b
a Strategic Health Authority,

In section 121 (supplementary), in subsection (1)—
a
the definition of “Health Authority” is omitted; and
b
after the definition of “police authority” there is inserted—
“Strategic Health Authority” means a Strategic Health Authority established under section 8 of the National Health Service Act 1977,
