Land Drainage (Compensation) Regulations 1977

36.  In regulation 2 of the Land Drainage (Compensation) Regulations 1977 (interpretation)(1)—

(a) the definition of “Health Act” is omitted; and

(b) for the definition of “health authority” there is substituted—

• ““health authority” means—

  (a)

  any Health Authority or Strategic Health Authority established under section 8 of the National Health Service Act 1977; and

  (b)

  any Special Health Authority established under section 11 of that Act;”.
