The National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002 (Supplementary, Consequential etc. Provisions) Regulations 2002

4.  In section 28 of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 (retention or resumption of land required for pubic purposes)(1)—

(a) in subsection (5)(d), before “any Health Authority,” there is inserted “any Strategic Health Authority,”; and

(b) in subsection (6)(c), before “Health Authority,” there is inserted “Strategic Health Authority,”.
