66.  In regulation 1 of the National Health Service Litigation Authority Regulations 1995 (citation, commencement and interpretation)(1), in paragraph (2), in the definition of “health service body”, before “a Regional Health Authority” there is inserted “a Strategic Health Authority, a Health Authority,”.
