The National Health Service (Vocational Training for General Medical Practice) Regulations 1997113 are amended as follows.

In regulation 4 (experience and certificates required), in paragraph (2), after “Authority's” there is inserted “or Trust's”.

In regulation 14 (appeal bodies), in paragraph (3)(d), before “or Special Health Authority” there is inserted “, Primary Care Trust”.
