8.  In Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (offices disqualifying for membership)(1), in Part III, in the entry relating to the Chairman and members of Health Authorities and Special Health Authorities, before “Health Authority or Special Health Authority” there is inserted “Strategic Health Authority,”.
