Child Support (Maintenance Arrangements and Jurisdiction) Regulations 1992

60.  In regulation 7A of the Child Support (Maintenance Arrangements and Jurisdiction) Regulations 1992 (prescription for the purposes of Jurisdiction)(1), in paragraph (2), after sub-paragraph (d) there is inserted—

“(da) a Strategic Health Authority established under section 8 of the 1977 Act;”.
