Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations 1999

82.  In regulation 2 of the Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations 1999 (interpretation)(1), in paragraph (1), for the definition of “health authority”, there is substituted—

  • “health authority” means—

    (a)

    in relation to England, a Primary Care Trust established under section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977;

    (b)

    in relation to Wales, a Health Authority established under section 8 of that Act; and

    (c)

    in relation to Scotland, a Health Board established under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978..
