Race Relations Act 1976 (Statutory Duties) Order 2001
97. In Schedule 1 to the Race Relations Act 1976 (Statutory Duties) Order 2001 (bodies and other persons required to publish race equality schemes)(1), before the entry relating to a Health Authority, there is inserted—
“A Strategic Health Authority established under section 8 of the National Health Service Act 1977.”.
