Regulations 6 and 19 of the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987 M1; and
b
Regulation 3 of the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 1996 M2,
after the words “invalid care allowance” wherever they occur, there shall be added “
or carer’s allowance, as the case may be,
”
