Modification of the Northern Ireland Act 1998

2.  At the end of subsection (6) of section 87 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998(1) there shall be added the following paragraph—

“(p) the Social Security Fraud Act 2001(2) and the Social Security Fraud Act (Northern Ireland) 2001(3)”.
