Amendment of regulation 3 of the Statutory Sick Pay (General) Regulations13.
(1)
Regulation 3 of the Statutory Sick Pay (General) Regulations (period of entitlement ending or not arising) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.
(2)
In paragraph (4)(b) for the words “6th week” there shall be substituted the words “4th week”.
(3)
In paragraph (5)(b) for the words “6th week” there shall be substituted the words “4th week”.
