The Channel Tunnel (Alcoholic Liquor and Tobacco Products) (Amendment) Order 2002

4.  Replace article 3 with—

“3.   The following Regulations apply to a control zone, subject to the modifications indicated in Schedule 1—

(a) the Excise Goods (Holding, Movement, Warehousing and REDS) Regulations 1992 Parts I, II, III and VII(1);

(b) the Beer Regulations 1993 Parts I, VI and VII(2);

(c) the Tobacco Products Regulations 2001 Parts I, III and VI(3).”
