Amendment of the 1977 Act3

After subsection (1) of section 3 of the 1977 Act (services generally) there shall be inserted—

The Secretary of State may provide or secure the provision of anything mentioned in subsection (1) above outside England and Wales.

Section 5(2)(b) of the 1977 Act is repealed.
