Provisions coming into force2

Section 7 of the Act shall come into force on 1st March 2002.

The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 1st April 2002—
a
section 103(2) and (3) insofar as it relates to England and to the extent that it is not already in force;
b
section 140(1) and (2) insofar as it relates to England.

The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 1st August 2002—
a
section 97 insofar as it relates to England;
b
section 110(2), (4) and (5) insofar as it relates to England and to the extent that it is not already in force.
