Commencement on 30th November 20023.
The publication scheme provisions shall come into force on 30th November 2002 for the public authorities listed in—
(a)
paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Act (government departments), except for the Crown Prosecution Service and the Serious Fraud Office;
(b)
paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Schedule 1 to the Act; and
(c)
Schedule 1 to this Order4.
