9. The Borough of Hinckley and Bosworth (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1980(1) is revoked.

S.I. 1980/138 as amended by S.I. 1985/59. Articles 8 and 9(8) of S.I. 1980/138 made provision in respect of the district electoral cycle. Article 2 of S.I. 1985/59 makes new provision in respect of the district electoral cycle. Article 10 of S.I. 1980/138 made provision in respect of elections in certain parishes. Article 3 of 1985/59 makes new provision in respect of those parishes. S.I. 1985/59 is not affected by this Order.
