Regulation 7 of the principal Regulations shall be amended by inserting after paragraph (1) the following paragraph—

“(1A)

Paragraph (1) shall not apply where ammonium nitrate or a mixture containing ammonium nitrate is the hazardous substance by reason of which the activity is notifiable”.
