2.  The day appointed for the coming into force of— E+W

(a) sections 1 to 15, and 17 of, and the Schedule to, the Animal Health Act 2002 is 14th January 2003;

(b) section 16 of that Act is 1st July 2003;

(c) section 18 of that Act is 24th March 2003.
