The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2002 No. 3055 (C. 102)

2.  Part 1 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (sections 1 to 5, together with Schedule 1) shall come into force on 13th January 2003.
