1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Chiropractors Act 1994 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2002.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Chiropractors Act 1994 and any reference to a section or Schedule is to a section of or Schedule to that Act;
“elected members” means those members of the Council referred to in Schedule 1, Part I, paragraph 1(a);
“education members” means those members of the Council referred to in Schedule 1, Part I, paragraph 1(c ); and
“member appointed by the Secretary of State” means the member referred to in Schedule 1, Part I, paragraph 1(d).
