Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978
19.—(1) In Article 48 of the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978(1) (the employment medical advisory service), at the end of paragraph (4) add “who holds a licence to practise”.
(2) In Article 50 of the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 (supplementary) after “fully registered medical practitioner” insert “who holds a licence to practise”.
