The following provisions of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 shall come into force on 30th December 2002—
a
section 456 (Amendments), for the purposes of the provisions of Schedule 11 to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 commenced by this Order; and
b
paragraph 10(1), (3) and (4) of Schedule 11.
