2. 19th March 2002 is the day appointed for the coming into force of—
(a)paragraph 14 of Schedule 2 (occupational pension schemes: certificates etc. relating to minimum funding requirement), and section 18 so far as relating to it;
(b)Part I of Schedule 13 in respect of the repeal in section 58(6)(a) of the Pensions Act 1995(1) (schedules of contributions), and section 88 so far as relating to it.
