3. In the Social Security (Credits) Regulations 1975 M1—
(a)in regulation 7A(1) (credits for invalid care allowance), after the words “paid to him,”, there shall be inserted the words “ or would be paid to him but for a restriction under section 7 of the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 (loss of benefit provisions) ”;
(b)in regulation 8A(2)(d) (credits for unemployment), after the words “Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000” there shall be inserted the words “ or section 7, 8 or 9 of the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 ”.
