7. In regulation 47(4)(b)(ii) M1 of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations (jobseeking period), after the words “Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000” there shall be inserted the words “ or section 7, 8 or 9 of the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 ”.
