Amendment of regulation 19 of the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit) Regulations 1994
4. In regulation 19 of the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit) Regulations 1994(1) (persons formerly entitled to severe disablement allowance), for the words “immediately before 6th April 2001” (in both places where those words appear) there shall be substituted the words “on 6th April 2001”.
