Children Act (Miscellaneous Amendments) (England) Regulations 2002

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 23(2)(a) and (f),(5) and (9), 23A(3), 25(2) and (7), 26(1),(2),(5) and (6), 51(4), 59(2) to (5) and 104(4) of, and paragraphs 12 to 14 of Schedule 2, paragraph 4(1)(a) of Schedule 4, paragraph 7(1)(a) of Schedule 5, and paragraphs 10(1)(a) and (2)(l) of Schedule 6 to, the Children Act 19891, and section 119(1) of the Care Standards Act 20002 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations—
