66.  The following provisions are hereby revoked—

(a) the Active Implantable Medical Devices Regulations 1992 M1 ;

(b) the Medical Devices Regulations 1994 M2 ;

(c) the Active Implantable Medical Devices (Amendment and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 1995 M3 ;

(d) the Medical Devices Fees Regulations 1995 M4 ;

(e) the Medical Devices Fees (Amendment) Regulations 1997 M5 ;

(f) theIn Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Regulations 2000 M6 ; and

(g) regulations 6 and 13 of the Medicines (Codification Amendments Etc.) Regulations 2002 M7 .
