the issue fee and subsequent instalments for the premium instalment licence (which is not available in the Channel Islands) are increased from £28.50 to £29.25 with the total amount payable being £117.00;

b

amendments are made in relation to the budget instalment licence and the “Easy entry” licence (which is not available in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man) so that in every case the total amount payable is £112.00.
