Amendment of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Investment) Regulations 1996
6. In paragraph (1)(a)(i) of regulation 2 of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Investment) Regulations 1996(1) (schemes to which regulation 5 applies), after the words “Chapter I” there shall be inserted “or Chapter IV”.
