SCHEDULE 1 CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

Land Drainage Act 1976 (c. 70)

19.  In paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 5 to the Land Drainage Act 1976 for the word “Minister” there shall be substituted “Secretary of State”.
