Section 24 of the National Heritage Act 1983 shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (6) for the words “Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food” there shall be substituted “Secretary of State”.

In subsections (7) and (8) for the words “that Minister’s consent” there shall, in each case, be substituted “the consent of the Secretary of State”.
