National Health Service (General Medical Services) Regulations 199299
In regulation 2 of the National Health Service (General Medical Services) Regulations 1992 (as amended by S.I. 1999 No. 1326) (interpretation), for the definition of “professional register” substitute—
“professional register” means the register maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Council pursuant to paragraph 10 of Schedule 2 to the Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001;
