3. At the end of paragraph 6 of Schedule 3 after “1993” there shall be inserted “, and as amended by the Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Swiss Confederation, of the other, on the Free Movement of Persons signed at Luxembourg on 21th June 1999(1)”.
