The Education Act 2002 (Commencement No.5 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2003

Provisions coming into force on 1^st June 2003

2.  The following provisions of the 2002 Act shall come into force on 1^st June 2003:

• section 70;

• section 71;

• section 73;

• Schedule 8.
