Coming into force

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1(1) and (3) to (5) of the Adoption (Intercountry Aspects) Act 19991 and sections 9(2) and (3), 17 and 67(5) of the Adoption Act 19762, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with the National Assembly for Wales3, hereby makes the following regulations:
