Regulation 14	As if in paragraph (2) the words— (i) “regulations 7(2)(a), 8(2)(a) or 9(3)” were substituted by the words “ regulation 7(2)(a) or under the Intercountry Adoption (Hague Convention) Regulations 2003” and; (ii) “these regulations” were substituted by the words “those regulations ”.
