This Order designates the borough of Redcar and Cleveland, with the exception of sections of the A1053 trunk road and the A174 trunk road as set out in Article 3 of this Order, as both a permitted parking area and a special parking area in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Act 1991. It also applies with modifications various provisions of Part II of that Act to the designated area and modifies the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 in relation to the designated area.
