The Railways Act 199325 is amended as follows.

In section 66 (amendments of the Fair Trading Act 1973) subsection (5) is repealed.

In section 67 (respective functions of the Regulator and OFTetc.), in subsection (7) for the words “the supply of railway services” are substituted the words “the supply of services relating to railways”.
