Discharges and releases of registered charges in electronic form115

During the currency of a notice given under Schedule 2 and subject to and in accordance with the limitations contained in such notice, notification of—
a
the discharge of, or
b
the release of part of a registered estate in a registered title from,
a registered charge may be delivered to the registrar in electronic form.

Notification of discharge or release of part given in accordance with paragraph (1) shall be regarded as having the same effect as a discharge in Form DS1, or a release of part in Form DS3, as appropriate, executed in accordance with rule 114 by or on behalf the person who has delivered it to the registrar.
