C.  The mortgagee's nameE+W

D.  The mortgagee's, or his agent's, reference (if any): limited to 25 characters including spacesE+W

E.  Whether, at the date [F1and time] of the official search certificate, a [F2home rights notice] or matrimonial home rights caution has been registered against the registered title searched and if so the date of registration and the name of the person in whose favour the notice or caution was registeredE+W
