Amendment to the Transportable Pressure Vessels Regulations 2001

6.  In module D (production quality assurance) of Schedule 3 to the Transportable Pressure Vessels Regulations 2001(1) for each reference to the words “EC type-examination certificate” there are substituted the words “EC type-examination certificate or EC design-examination certificate”.
