Disclosure of confidential information

10.  In regulation 2 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) Regulations 2001(interpretation)(1), in the definition of “directive restrictions”, for “and article 107 of the listing particulars directive”, substitute “, article 107 of the listing particulars directive and article 9 of the insurance mediation directive”.
