25. In regulation 5 of the Medicines (Labelling and Advertising to the Public) Regulations 1978(1) (prohibition of representations), in paragraph (2)(b), for “on the register maintained pursuant to paragraph 11 of Schedule 2 to the Health Professions Order 2001 in respect of chiropodists” substitute “in Part 2 of the register maintained under article 5 of the Health Professions Order 2001”.
