Whereas the Secretary of State laid a draft of this Order before Parliament;

And whereas the said draft as so laid has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament;

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 34 and 124(2) and 124(3) of the Enterprise Act 2002 M1 hereby makes the following Order:
