Red route traffic orders

5.—(1) This article applies to any order made, in accordance with a direction given to him by Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991(1), by the Traffic Director for London under—

(a)section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(2) (control or regulation of vehicular and other traffic in Greater London), or

(b)section 9 of that Act (experimental traffic orders).

(2) In any such order, any reference to a bus service provided under an agreement with London Regional Transport shall be treated as a reference to a bus service provided under an agreement with Transport for London or a subsidiary of Transport for London.
