In section 219(1) (general interpretation) of the Water Industry Act 1991(1), in the definition of “railway undertakers” for the words “London Regional Transport” there shall be substituted “Transport for London or any subsidiary (within the meaning of the Greater London Authority Act 1999) of Transport for London,”.
