In paragraph 4 of Schedule 6 (protection of undertakings) to the Land Drainage Act 199125 for the words “London Regional Transport” there shall be substituted “Transport for London or any subsidiary (within the meaning of the Greater London Authority Act 1999) of Transport for London,”.
